Do I need to buy credits from you?

No. You connect your existing SMM panel account using its API URL and key, and we deliver through your balance. We're not a panel ourselves — we're an organic delivery engine that sits on top of yours. You keep full control of your funds.

What SMM panels does it work with?

Accepted Answer

Any panel with a standard SMM API endpoint works. Popular options include SMMKings, Peakerr, and similar providers. You add the API URL and key in Settings, and we handle the rest.

How does multi-panel priority failover work?

Accepted Answer

You assign a priority number (1, 2, 3...) to each connected panel. When an order needs to be placed, we try Panel 1 first. If it's busy or fails, we automatically try Panel 2, then Panel 3. Zero lost orders, no manual switching.

Can I use this for managing client accounts?

Yes. You can manage multiple reels, set per-reel delivery settings, import reels in bulk, and monitor all orders from one dashboard. It's built for agencies and resellers who run many accounts.

Gradual warmup, peak-hour clustering, realistic engagement ratios, and natural cooldown all spread delivery across natural traffic windows. The result is smoother delivery and more consistent campaign performance over time.

Do I still need a panel balance if I pay for CurvePioneer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our plan covers the routing, timing, and dashboard layer. The actual views, likes, and comments are still served by the SMM panels you connect, so those panels need their usual balance. We do not resell panel credits.

Is the lifetime deal really lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One payment, no recurring charges, and you keep access for as long as CurvePioneer is running.

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. For Whop marketplace purchases, Whop's standard refund policy applies.
