CurvePioneer charges for the routing, scheduling, and dashboard layer on a subscription basis. This policy explains what is and isn't refundable, and how to reach us with any billing question.
You are charged only when you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. No charge is made unless you actively start a subscription.
Paid subscriptions cover the routing, scheduling, and dashboard layer. Once a billing period has started, the fee for that period is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop all future charges.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refund is issued.
If you purchased access through the Whop marketplace, refunds for that purchase are handled under Whop's standard refund policy and processes. Please raise any such request through Whop.
CurvePioneer is not an SMM panel. The actual views, likes, and other deliverables are served by the third-party SMM panels you connect with your own API keys, using your own panel balance. Charges made by those panels are between you and the panel and are not refundable by CurvePioneer.
If you believe you were charged in error or overcharged, contact us and we will investigate. Genuine billing errors are corrected and any excess amount is refunded.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Your subscription may be paused until payment details are updated. You can reactivate at any time by updating your payment method.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the account pending resolution and will respond to the dispute with documentation.
