Getting Started

How long does it take to set up?

Less than 5 minutes. Sign up, add your first SMM panel (copy-paste API key), and you're ready to place your first order.

Do I need existing SMM panels to use CurvePioneer?

+

Yes. CurvePioneer is a management layer for your existing panels. You need balance in at least one SMM panel (like SMMKings, Peakerr, or any other). We don't resell views — we manage your panels.

Is there a free plan or trial?

CurvePioneer runs on a paid plan. Choose a monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan to get started — you connect your own SMM panel and deliver through your existing balance.

Technical

How many panels can I connect?

+

You can connect multiple SMM panels and add or remove them anytime from Settings.

Is my API key safe?

+

Yes. API keys are AES-256 encrypted at rest, never logged in plain text, and never shared with anyone. You can revoke access anytime.

Do you support all SMM panels?

+

Any panel with a standard REST API works. Popular ones: SMMKings, Peakerr, JustAnotherPanel, SMMHeaven, NicePanel. If your panel isn't listed, email us and we'll add it.

What's the API rate limit?

API calls don't count toward your monthly order limit. If you need higher throughput, contact us.

Organic Delivery

Why does organic delivery matter?

+

Flat, all-at-once delivery produces an unnatural, machine-flat pattern. Organic curves spread views over 24-48 hours in natural-looking patterns, for steadier, more consistent performance.

Can I customize delivery timing?

+

Yes. Set warmup duration, peak intensity, and decay timing for each order. Save custom curves as templates for reuse.

What if I want fast delivery instead of organic?

+

You can set aggressive curves (shorter warmup, higher peak). But fast delivery produces a more unnatural pattern. We recommend organic curves for steadier, more consistent results.

How long do orders take to deliver?

Organic curves: 24-48 hours. Fast curves: 6-12 hours. You choose timing per order.

Failover & Reliability

What happens if my primary panel goes down?

+

Orders automatically route to your backup panel. If you have Panel A (primary) and Panel B (backup), orders switch to B in <1 second. Zero customer impact.

Can I set which panel handles which types of orders?

+

Yes. Set priority levels (1, 2, 3...) and load percentages. Panel A handles 70%, Panel B handles 25%, Panel C handles 5%. Adjust anytime.

What if all my panels are down?

+

Orders queue in CurvePioneer and automatically route when a panel comes back online. You get notified, but orders never fail.

Pricing & Billing

Do you charge a commission on views?

+

No. You pay your panel's rate directly. We don't take any cut. If your panel charges $20 per 1k views, you pay $20. No markup.

What counts as an 'order'?

+

One order = one request through CurvePioneer, regardless of views. Bulk CSV import counts as multiple orders (one per row).

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

+

Yes. You can change plans anytime from billing. The current billing period is non-refundable, but changes apply going forward.

What's your refund policy?

+

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. For Whop marketplace purchases, Whop's standard refund policy applies.

Do you offer annual billing?

+

Yes. A yearly plan is available alongside monthly and lifetime. Contact billing@curvepioneer.com for custom plans.

Account Security

Can I use 2FA?

+

Yes. Optional two-factor authentication available. We support TOTP apps and SMS.

What if I forget my password?

+

Use 'Forgot Password' on login page. You'll get an email with a reset link. Follow it and set a new password.

Can I see login activity?

+

Yes. Account Settings shows all login attempts, locations, and devices. Revoke any session anytime.

Is my data encrypted?

+

Yes. All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). API keys, panel credentials, and order data all encrypted.

Orders & Delivery

Can I cancel an order?

+

Yes, before it starts delivering. Once delivery begins, cancellations are processed but you're charged for any views already delivered.

What if an order fails?

+

If a panel fails mid-delivery, the order automatically routes to your backup panel and completes normally. You're notified but zero customer impact.

Can I track order status in real-time?

+

Yes. Dashboard shows all orders with current status, views delivered, remaining count, and completion time.

Do you provide engagement (likes, comments, saves)?

+

Views only. Engagement comes naturally as views increase. Our organic curves ensure engagement scales properly with views.
